20 Indian-Sponsored Militants Killed in Security Operations in KP: ISPR

By The South Asia Times

RAWALPINDI -  Pakistan’s security forces killed 20 terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy network “Fitna al Khwarij” during two separate intelligence-based operations conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province on November 8–9, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement on Monday.

According to ISPR, the first operation took place in the Shawal area of North Waziristan District, where troops engaged a militant hideout based on confirmed intelligence. “During the exchange of fire, eight Indian-sponsored khwarij were sent to hell,” the statement read.

In a separate intelligence-led operation in Dara Adam Khel District, security forces encountered another group of terrorists. Following an intense firefight, twelve more militants were neutralized.

The ISPR added that sanitization operations are ongoing to eliminate any remaining presence of these Indian-backed militants in the region. It reaffirmed that Pakistan’s relentless counterterrorism campaign under the vision “Azm-e-Istehkam” — approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan — will continue with full force to eradicate the menace of foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
