Christian priests shot dead in NW Pakistan

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (TSAT) - Two christian including a priests of local church were shot by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan northwestern city of Peshawar, police said.

 

According to police, unknown gunmen fired on vehicle on the city Ring Road and shot the two person, one of them died at the spot.

 

Later, the police said the died person has been identified Valium Siraj, a local christian priest while another one injured, who has shifted to the hospital.

 

So far, no one claimed responsibility for the attack, however mostly the TTP terrorists targeting the minorities and civilians in the area.

 

Pakistan accused New Delhi for sponsoring TTP and other terrorists groups and using them against the country to destabilise the region.
