Former Pakistan president Musharraf admitted to hospital in critical condition

ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistani President and Chief of Army Staff Gen. Retd Pervez Musharraf has been hospitalized in a hospital in critical condition, his family said.
Musharraf who has been living in Dubai, UAE for many years, is suffering from Amyloidosis.
“He is not on the ventilator. Has been hospitalized for the last 3 weeks due to a complication of his ailment (Amyloidosis),” his family said in a short message posted on Twitter.
“Going through a difficult stage where recovery is not possible and organs are malfunctioning.”
His family requested to pray for ease in his daily living.
