KARACHI ( TSAT) - Pakistan's former Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday night gathered a massive crowd in Karachi, the financial capital of the country in southern Sindh province.

This was the second big show of power by Khan after ousted from power last week.

On Tuesday, Pakistan's charismatic former premier had launched his public campaign from northwestern Peshawar city against the alleged US conspiracy to oust him from power through opposition parties.

While he announced his next public gathering in Lahore, the second biggest city in the country, on Thursday.

Lahore is the hometown of new Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, where his son was elected as the new Chief Minister of the province on Saturday.

“I have never been against any country. Neither I am anti-India nor anti-Europe or anti-America. I’m with humanity and my leader is Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH),” Khan said as his speech live broadcasted by ARY TV.

Khan said the US had planned a conspiracy against his government because he was not ready to join hands with Washington in any future war on the cost of his nation.

He told his workers and supporters that it was a global conspiracy against Pakistan architected by the US.

“I knew the American and Europeans very well. They used to pressurise those countries who are taking stands for their interests. However, their slaves will never get respect from them,” a former cricket star-turned politician said.

He also disclosed his agreements with Russia during his visit in February to Moscow, which according to Khan was also a reason for the alleged US conspiracy against his government.

“During my visit to Russia they agreed with us to provide us oil and wheat at 30% lower prices,” Khan said.

These agreements were not earlier disclosed because of western countries’ sanctions against Russia due to the war in Ukraine.

“I’m not against any nation. The Pakistani community is very strong in the US. Overseas Pakistanis’ remittances help run the national economy. I want friendship with all nations but not at the cost of slavery.”

“People told me that your life is in danger internally and externally. Others told me that the mafia is against you. My life is not more important than the real independence of Pakistan. The conspiracy was hatched to make the Pakistani nation slave,” Khan said.

He also expressed his disappointment over the country’s top judiciary and said what was his crime that the judges open the courts’ doors at midnight.

He also questioned why the top court did not give an immediate verdict on the Presidential reference about horse-trading in the parliament.

“What was my crime which forced the courts to open at the midnight? I have never become a law-breaker. Imran Khan’s name was never listed amongst the match-fixers. Supreme Court had also called me Sadiq and Ameen.” He said that he has constructed two big Shaukat Khanum cancer hospitals and another one is being constructed in Karachi.

“We felt pain after the Supreme Court (SC) verdict but we have accepted it,” he said

Talking about the threatening letter he received through his envoy from Washington, Khan said the US official Donald Lu had told the envoy that Pakistan will see severe consequences if the no-confidence motion failed but the country will be pardoned if it went successful. He was completely aware of the no-trust move against me.

Khan asked the nation to not pardon those MPs who changed loyalties and sold theirconscience on Rs 200 million rupees.

“You will not pardon them and give them listen in the elections,” Khan said.

Khan appealed to the nation to mount efforts to thwart the global conspiracy against Pakistan. He also asked the PTI workers to continue the peaceful struggle against the “imported government” and said that the nation wants fresh elections in the country.
