ISLAMABAD: Pakistani authorities on Sunday registered FIR against former Prime Minister Imran Khan after his speech where he warned top police officials for legal actions over torturing his Chief of Staff.

On Saturday, while addressing a huge rally in Islamabad, Khan criticized the top police officers of Islamabad and a female judge and said he is going to file cases against them.

Khan also warned the Additional District and Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry, who had approved Gill’s two-day physical remand at the request of the capital police, and said she should “prepare herself as the action would be taken against her”.

According to Dawn, Islamabad police on Sunday registered a case against Khan under the anti-terrorism act on the complaint of magistrate Ali Javed.
