Pakistan moving from uncertainty to peace, says army chief

Islamabad (TSAT) Pakistan military on Tuesday marked the fifth anniversary of the Operation Redalfsad , a major military operation against the terrorists across the country.

Pakistan army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said Operation Redalfsad was aimed at eradicating terrorism from the country and its sole objective was to protect the people of Pakistan.

“The country was moving towards peace from the precarious situation and Operation Redalfsad was successfully underway,” Gen. Bajwa said.

He added that success was made with the blood of martyrs and the spirit of the people.

“We salute the great sacrifices of our martyrs and the spirit of the nation”.
