Pakistan PM speaks with UAE Crown Prince, condemn Iranian back Houthi attack on Abu Dhabi

ISLAMABAD (TSAT) - Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday had a telephone call with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and condemned the recent attack on its country.

Khan while strongly condemned the Iranian backed Houthi rebel recent attack and later attempted missile attack on Jan. 30, which the UAE forces foiled.

Pakistani premier appreciated the timely and effective air defence response of the UAE that saved valuable precious lives, said in the statement, issued from the PM House.

Khan expressed his solidarity with the UAE leadership, government and the people and said the recent escalation in attacks that have seriously threatened regional peace and security.

“Pakistan’ stands and support with UAE and ready to play its role in efforts to protect and promote regional peace and security through dialogue and diplomacy,” he said.
