32 world leaders gathering in Beijing Olympic Winter Games opening ceremony despite US boycott call

 

BEIJING (TSAT) - At least 32 world leaders including Russian President, Pakistani Prime Minister, Middle East, Central Asian Republics, African countries head of states and UN chief will arrive in Beijing next week to show solidarity with China.

 

According to Chinese media, President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Imran Khan, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Egyptian President  Abdel Al Sisi, President of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Singapore, King of Cambodia, President of Serbia, Poland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Argentina, leaders from Azerbaijan, South Korea, Mongolia, Bosnia, Papua New Guinea, Thailand while President of the United Nations and Secretary General of the UN will attend the opening ceremony.

 

Chinese President Xi Jinping  will welcome the foreign leaders at the opening ceremony on Feb. 4 that will held at Beijing, Global Times reported.

 

China consider the participations of key world leaders and head of international organisations as key success despite US and its allies call for boycott from Beijing Winter Olympic Games 2022.
